Scarce. The only translation of Torrubia's Aparato para la Historia Natural Espanola (Madrid, 1754), the first work devoted to Spanish minerals and fossils in the Spanish language. As a Fransiscan priest, Torrubia had travelled in Spanish America and the Phillipines. The minerals, stones and fossils he collected there are partly shown on the plates, which show a wide variety of minerals, crystals, fossil shells, dendritic slabs, etc.. The book also contains a list of all localities in the world where mineals and fossils had been discovered.
