SORET, Charles.

(1854 – 1904)

(Born: Geneva, Switzerland, 23 September 1854; Died: 1904) Swiss crystallographer.

Soret was educated at Paris and Heidelberg. He became a professor of mineralogy at the University of Geneva in 1881 from which he retired in 1900.
