(Born: Volhynia District, Poland, 6 June 1802; Died: 1853) Polish mineralogist.

Kumelski completed his studies at the Mathematic-Physical and Medical Faculty of the Wilno University. From 1829 to 1833 he studied in Germany and Austria, then he moved to Warsaw not later than in 1841.
