JERVIS, William Paget.

(1831 – 1906)

(Born: 1831; Died: 1906) English mineralogist & museologist.

Jervis was born in India, lived in England from 1842 to c1859, and thereafter in Italy. He became curator of the Italian Industrial Museum in Turin and was the author of many papers on the minerals of Tuscany and other regions of Italy.
