FIEDLER, Heinrich.

(1833 – 1899)

(Born: Reisse, Germany, 10 February 1833; Died: Breslau, Germany, 22 January 1899) German mineralogist.

Fiedler studied natural history and mathematics at the University in Breslau graduating in 1854. In 1855 he was appointed custodian of the mineralogical collection at the University of Breslau. Eventually, Fiedler became the director of the Oberrealschule in Breslau.
