Very scarce. A short textbook outlining the procedures for manufacturing synthetic minerals. Written for the beginner, the text includes much practical advice on the laboratory procedures, materials, and techniques, as well as diagrams of the equipment required. Oddly, the literature Dittler cites ignores all similar works of the French chemists and mineralogists, instead referencing only German books on chemistry and chemical manufacture.
