Very scarce. Co-authored with Christian Kramp [see note below]. The book begins with an introduction that gives definitions and goals. Included is a description of the use of crystallography in mineral determination. The text is then given over to describing specific mineral species that have been classified under the three headings of salts, stones and metals.

Christain Kramp. (Born: Strasbourg, France, 10 July 1760; Died: Strasbourg, France, 13 May 1826) French physician. Kramp was appointed professor of chemistry and physics at the Centralschule in Cologne, Germany. Later he accepted a position as professor of mathematics at the University of Strasbourg. Kramp was a corresponding member of the Paris Academy of Science.
